Now that I have your attention I would like to introduce our new "FISHFROG". Frog type lures had become some of my favorite lures. I enjoyed the explosive strikes when fishing them as a surface lure.

When a Louisiana inventor told me he had a better Frog, I was naturally skeptic. I was not going to easily give up my frog baits.

Mike Clark, the inventor, explained. "When was the last time you saw or heard a frog splashing around on the surface?" You haven't! If anything, a frog wants to remain quite so as not to become fish food.

What you do see and hear is feeding fish on the surface. This noise or motion is keen and means sure food to a Bass.

Mike decided to create a lure that looked like a fish, not a frog. Not only did it make noise like the frog lures, but it appeared to be a surfacing fish. The fish shape also allowed the lure to "ski" quickly to the surface when retrieved.

With a fish shape the belly could be one color and the back another. The FISHFROG comes in 9 (nine) exciting colors and measures 4 (four) inches, 5 (five) per package. The FISHFROG can be rigged with or without a weight. By burying the hook in the body it becomes weedless.

This was one of those lures, when I saw it, made me say "Why didn't I think of that!"
